NIPCC Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change set up to examine the same climate data used by the United Nations-sponsored Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)
 
The NIPCC report referenced was published in June 2009, after the West Coast Section sanctioned meeting of Global Warming Act April 2009 and is noted here in keeping with the mission of the Air and Waste Management Association
